Acquisition of part of the assets of Agri Plus and Animex Foods by Cedrob S.A.
One of the most significant transactions on the Polish agri-food market in 2025: due diligence of the acquired assets (hatcheries, a feather production plant, slaughterhouse assets), drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, merger clearance from the President of UOKiK, advice on the transfer of more than 100 employees and support at closing.
